The Swangard Stadium is a 6,868 seat stadium in Burnaby, British Columbia. 4,800 seats are in a covered grandstand and 2,068 seats are located on wooden, removable bleachers. It is primarily used for soccer, but other events such as Athletics (track and field) are often held there. Its capacity is scheduled to be increased temporarily to 10,000 for the FIFA U-20 World Cup in 2007.

The stadium was built in 1969 and was formerly home to the Vancouver Whitecaps of the USL (Div. 1) who listed capacity at 5,722 seats. The closest SkyTrain station is Patterson Station.

In the past, it has hosted home games for the Canadian Men’s and Women’s soccer teams in Olympic and World Cup qualifying. In some cases, crowds in excess of 10,000 have witnessed games, with many of the fans standing.
